Lead Automation Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Automation/Manual Tester to support its customer in the Logistics Tech Services Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform test execution, create/execute test scenarios, and demonstrate user stories and functionality to clients
• Verify test conditions using backend systems and tools like SQL, Postman, and SoapUI
• Act as Scrum Master, directing the development and testing teams and conducting Agile ceremonies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance
• 3-5 years of experience in technology or software development preferred
• 2+ years of experience in manual and automated testing
• Experience with testing tools such as HP ALM and automation frameworks like UFT
