A company is looking for a Data Analyst 5 / Lead Customer Journey Analyst specializing in Adobe AEM/CJA.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate requirements, tech specifications, and QA guides to ensure data integrity and support feature-level dashboards
- Collaborate with agile development teams and attend design reviews to understand project goals and measurement needs
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to align tracking standards and address ad hoc reporting needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral analytics, focusing on Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
- Deep understanding of digital analytics implementation requirements
- Proficiency in data visualization and the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in data science or business analytics
