A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer specializing in Snowflake, Kafka, SQL, and Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and operationalization of data pipelines, focusing on JSON-based sourcing into Snowflake
• Participate in architectural discussions and mentor junior engineers while ensuring adherence to SDLC best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on Snowflake, SQL, and Python
• Proficiency in Kafka and streaming data architectures
• Experience with AWS ecosystem tools and data utilities like Upsolver and Informatica IDMC
• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects
