Lead Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to shape their data infrastructure and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable multi-stage data warehouse infrastructure using RedShift or Snowflake
• Manage efficient ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources
• Implement and optimize dbt for data transformation, modeling, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering
• 3+ years of experience leading a team, preferably with data teams
• Strong expertise in RedShift or Snowflake data warehousing technologies
• Proficiency in dbt for data transformation and modeling
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and compliance
