Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical contributor for churn prediction, Dollars-at-Risk, anomaly detection, and LTV forecasting
• Mentor and develop data scientists while ensuring best practices in modeling and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments and lead causal inference analyses

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of applied data science experience, with 3+ years in leading ML projects in production
• Prior leadership and mentorship experience with a focus on code reviews and standards enforcement
• Expertise in survival analysis, causal inference, and anomaly detection
• Strong programming experience with Python and SQL; familiarity with ML ops and orchestration tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; Master's or PhD preferred
