Key Responsibilities

• Lead application development efforts using modern programming languages and frameworks
• Define and communicate the development vision and coding standards for the team
• Provide technical oversight and conduct code reviews and technical reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree
• 10+ years of experience developing applications with modern coding languages
• 3+ years leading coding reviews and technical reviews
• 3+ years leading development teams in DevSecOps environments
• Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce implementations
