Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a distributed agile product team to create high-performing, low-defect functionality
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through coaching, code reviews, and structured learning paths
• Design, build, and maintain scalable applications and APIs using ASP.NET Core and React

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
• Proven ability to consume and publish REST/OpenAPI services; strong JSON & HTTP fundamentals
• Solid understanding of relational database design and optimization, preferably PostgreSQL
• Hands-on Azure experience and proficiency with version control and CI/CD principles
