Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of modern web applications using React, Redux, Node.js, and Python
• Drive architectural decisions, ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and maintainable
• Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment

Required Qualifications

• Masters or Engineering degree
• 13-15 years total experience, with at least 10+ years in software development and 2 years in a lead or senior role
• Strong expertise in frontend development using React, Redux, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proficiency in Node.js and Python for backend development
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus
