Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to support its growth and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book qualified sales appointments
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads for fit and readiness before handing off to Sales teams
  • Provide feedback to the Growth Marketing team to improve lead-generation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of Sales/Marketing experience preferred; training provided
  • Comfortable navigating CRMs, with Salesforce experience preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot is a plus
  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Must be able to work and be available during PST or Mountain business hours
