Lead Java Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Java Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions in collaboration with business and architects to meet user needs
• Lead and mentor tech leads overseeing SCRUM teams, providing coaching and troubleshooting support
• Drive domain-wide change initiatives to improve quality, speed, and throughput of software delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development, or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
• Intermediate to strong experience designing or modifying modern microservice-based systems
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Java 11+ and standard design patterns
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
• Advanced knowledge and experience with REST, APIs, and unit testing frameworks
