Lead Mobile Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Mobile Developer to join their Digital Banking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering of consumer mobile applications (iOS/Android), including design, development, and performance enhancements
• Oversee mobile engineering efforts within squads of 3-4 engineers, providing technical leadership and mentoring
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate wireframes into functional requirements within an Agile Scrum environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Science or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in iOS and/or Android native mobile development
• Experience in building iOS apps using Objective-C and/or Android apps using Android Studio/Java
• Familiarity with automated builds and processes, including Fastlane and shell scripts
