Lead Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Producer to oversee game content development and manage production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the overall success of a product or major aspect of a product, including budget, timeline, and quality
• Develop and implement strategic production plans, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation across teams
• Mentor and develop Producers and other production staff while managing communication with executive leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as game design, production, or business administration; MBA is a plus
• 7+ years of relevant experience in game development production, with significant experience in senior leadership or management roles
• Expertise in managing complex projects and multiple teams, with a strong understanding of agile principles
• Mastery of project management tools and methodologies that support agile practices
• Extensive knowledge of the game development process, market trends, and player behavior
