Lead Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead, Site Reliability Engineer for the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Line manage a regional squad of SREs, providing leadership and setting reliability standards
• Engage in incident management, ensuring continual improvement in incident response
• Architect observability solutions and guide the implementation of SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar DevOps roles
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams
• Strong experience with modern monitoring stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
• Proficiency in at least one systems programming language (e.g., Go, Rust, C, Java)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform and Helm
