Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Lead backend development efforts and maintain database schemas while integrating with backend systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret Clearance required
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably a MA/MS degree
• Ability to perform all functional duties independently
• Professionalism and discretion in all interactions
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
