Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Front End/Back End.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the technical direction of the program and support leadership in meeting delivery requirements
- Provide coaching and mentorship to engineering team members, defining growth goals and fostering a learning culture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for technical solutions and present ongoing engineering work and risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience in a technical environment
- Extensive experience in software development and customer interactions
- Experience in leading task efforts to support delivery
- General understanding of government contracting requirements and regulations is preferred
