Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - INS (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Facets platform upgrades and manage multiple corporate initiatives
• Act as a liaison between business, architecture, and vendor partners to support digital transformation
• Enhance stakeholder satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery and improving collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 15+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years with TriZetto Facets in a technical delivery role
• SAFe Agilist and PMP certifications
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and tools like JIRA and MS Project
• Strong technical experience with Cloud-native services (AWS/Azure certification preferred)
