Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - RMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand and document feature requirements
• Build and improve server-side solutions using technologies such as Node.js, SQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch
• Take end-to-end technical ownership of products and participate in an on-call rotation to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience using Java/Node.js
• Deep understanding of databases, automated testing, and Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in building and managing RESTful APIs
• Strong DevOps experience and familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience in building scalable solutions in a B2B environment
