Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software applications in an agile environment using the E2E Java/Javascript framework
• Conduct peer design/code reviews and develop automated test cases to ensure high-quality software
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers/Technical Architects to develop prototypes into production-ready features

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years focused on ReactJS Typescript
• 6+ years of professional software development experience on the Java/Javascript platform
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar technologies
• 3+ years in performance optimization for high-traffic, real-time payment processing systems
• Experience designing and developing data-driven applications using RDBMS (Oracle, PL/SQL) and/or NoSQL datastores
