Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a professional expansion team to build and launch features that attract and retain paid advisors
• Develop MVPs for nonprofit organizations and improve collaboration with attorneys through webinars and technical tools
• Design and deliver scalable applications while implementing best practices for system reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional development experience in high-performing teams
• Advanced proficiency in frontend applications (React, TypeScript) and API design (MongoDB, Postgres)
• Experience with AWS applications using infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, AWS CDK)
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern DevOps practices
• Demonstrated ability in integrating AI tools to enhance development productivity and code quality
