Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to modernize healthcare payment and consumer-directed spend products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Java-based applications and cloud-native solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, focusing on Java and related frameworks
• 4+ years of experience in designing and managing applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and CI/CD processes
• 2+ years of experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams
