Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to guide the design and development of high-performance FX systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs for functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of FX trading platforms, including pricing engines and trade execution workflows
• Drive department best practices and maintain application architecture while supervising release processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Technical leadership experience for medium to large-sized enterprise projects
• Working knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Docker, and OpenShift
• Strong proficiency in design and development of distributed systems and experience with Java/J2EE
• Experience with Agile projects and knowledge of day-to-day Agile routines
