Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch AI-native products that enhance the core platform for intelligent workflows and personalized experiences
• Establish rigorous evaluation systems for model quality, including metrics and automated testing
• Develop monitoring frameworks for production models, integrating logging, alerting, and performance dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in production AI/LLM applications
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and strong computer science fundamentals
• Experience in defining evaluation/test frameworks and monitoring systems for large-scale AI services
• Expertise in cloud-native infrastructure (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proven leadership experience in guiding technical strategy and mentoring peers
