• Develop MVPs for nonprofit organizations and enhance collaboration with attorneys through webinars and AI tools
• Design and deliver scalable applications while driving technical decisions and best practices across teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional development experience in high-performing teams
• Advanced proficiency in frontend development (React, TypeScript) and API design (MongoDB, Postgres)
• Experience with AWS applications and infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, AWS CDK)
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code following modern DevOps practices
• Advanced skills in debugging, performance tuning, and integrating AI code assistants
