Lead Software Engineer - GenAI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gen AI Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Generative AI applications and solutions
• Evaluate and integrate GenAI services and APIs into existing or new platforms
• Build scalable backend services and data pipelines to support AI/ML workloads

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with 2-3 years in AI/ML models or GenAI solutions
• Strong experience with Python and cloud platforms, especially GCP Vertex AI
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings
• Solid understanding of machine learning lifecycle and deployment pipelines
