Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a professional expansion team to develop features that attract and retain paid advisors
• Build and launch MVPs for nonprofit organizations and deliver tools for advisor engagement
• Design, architect, and deliver high-performance applications while driving technical decisions across teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional development experience in high-performing teams
• Advanced proficiency in frontend development (React, TypeScript) and API design (MongoDB, Postgres)
• Experience with AWS applications and infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, AWS CDK)
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern DevOps practices
• Demonstrated experience in integrating AI tools to enhance development productivity
