• Establish and lead a professional expansion team to build and launch features that attract and retain paid advisors
• Build and launch an MVP for nonprofit organizations and deliver dashboards for tracking usage and engagement
• Design and deliver robust applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional development experience in high-performing teams
• Advanced proficiency in frontend development (React, TypeScript) and API design (MongoDB, Postgres)
• Experience with AWS applications using infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, AWS CDK)
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern DevOps best practices
• Demonstrated ability in integrating AI code assistants to enhance development productivity
