Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web/mobile applications and custom integrations
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and architects to translate requirements into technical deliverables
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, or relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience leading a team of software engineers
• 4+ years of full stack development experience
• 5+ years of experience creating and delivering custom web and mobile applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
