Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Quality Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering efforts within an agile team, ensuring collaboration and accountability for test strategy and execution
• Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable test automation code and create structured test suites for software features
• Perform exploratory testing and work with team members to analyze and resolve reported software issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in building test automation in programming languages like Java or JavaScript
• Strong background in testing APIs and backend infrastructure using tools such as Postman or SoapUI
• Experience with CI/CD environments and application lifecycle management tools
• 5 or more years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or Quality Engineer
