Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead User Experience Designer for Lending and Credit Product Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the UX design process to deliver end-to-end flows and experiences within the nCino platform, including service blueprints and wireframes
- Document client experiences and business processes in service blueprints, identifying opportunities to address needs and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate user research and discovery workshops to gather insights and integrate them into design deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in digital product design
- Experience with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
- A portfolio showcasing service design deliverables and a deep understanding of UX/UI principles
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and best practices
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in a regulated industry
