• 8+ years of experience in UX design
• Strong craftsmanship and design skills
• Understanding of technical and logistical challenges in live experiences
• Innovative mindset with a focus on change and improvement
• Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with a 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday
