Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead UX Researcher to support design and development through user research and design thinking expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into research questions
• Plan and conduct various design research studies to inform user experience
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of UX research practices

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in design thinking and research methods such as usability testing and journey mapping
• Formal education in Psychology, Design, Human Factors, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• 5+ years of experience focused on user experience and design research
• Experience in synthesizing data into actionable insights and frameworks
• Strong project management skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
