A company is looking for a Leadership Development Program participant in Global Retirement & Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month rotational program with three 8-month rotations across various business areas
- Gain exposure in Product Development & Innovation, Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing
- Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to drive business results and enhance leadership skills
Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
- Preferred fields of study include Business, Economics, Management, Business Analytics, Operations, or Entrepreneurship
- Must possess US employment authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Strong curiosity and knowledge of business acumen
