Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational learning and development across various departments
- Engage in technical, field, and leadership training specific to chosen area of interest
- Work on special projects and receive mentorship from executives and operational leaders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must be willing to relocate to an HCA market area or live within 60 miles of an HCA Hospital
- Interest in healthcare operations, customer service, or financial aspects of healthcare
- Ability to work in various tracks including Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Corporate, Customer Service Operations, or Physician Service Center
- Full-time availability for the duration of the program
- Eligibility for full-time employee benefits upon completion of the program
