Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leadership Development Program Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational learning and development across various departments
• Engage in technical, field, and leadership training specific to chosen area of interest
• Work on special projects and receive mentorship from executives and operational leaders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be willing to relocate to an HCA market area or live within 60 miles of an HCA Hospital
• Interest in healthcare operations, customer service, or financial aspects of healthcare
• Ability to work in various tracks including Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Corporate, Customer Service Operations, or Physician Service Center
• Full-time availability for the duration of the program
• Eligibility for full-time employee benefits upon completion of the program
