Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding processes and orientation sessions for new learners
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Monitor learner progress, collect feedback, and analyze performance data to enhance success strategies
Required Qualifications
- 0.6-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets
- Prior experience in the e-learning industry is preferred
- Willingness to work Saturday mornings and some weekday evening shifts
- Knowledge in technologies like Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence is an advantage
