Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate small-group ILT/VILT training sessions
- Coordinate logistics for training programs including room setup and materials
- Maintain and update existing training content and job aids
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional work experience in coordination, admin, training, or customer-facing roles
- Strong MS Office skills
- Familiarity with LMS and virtual platforms
- Comfortable speaking to small groups
- Strong organizational skills
