  • Facilitate small-group ILT/VILT training sessions
  • Coordinate logistics for training programs including room setup and materials
  • Maintain and update existing training content and job aids
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience in coordination, admin, training, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Familiarity with LMS and virtual platforms
  • Comfortable speaking to small groups
  • Strong organizational skills
