Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that build critical skills and support high performance
- Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to assess capability needs and shape leadership readiness plans
- Coach people leaders to improve individual and team effectiveness using various developmental tools
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management
- Demonstrated expertise in facilitating experiential learning programs that influence behavior
- Strong consulting, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of leadership development and adult learning principles
- Experience in designing blended learning solutions using instructional design methodologies
