Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to drive performance through impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that build critical skills and support high performance
  • Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to assess capability needs and shape leadership readiness plans
  • Coach people leaders to improve individual and team effectiveness using various developmental tools
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating experiential learning programs that influence behavior
  • Strong consulting, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of leadership development and adult learning principles
  • Experience in designing blended learning solutions using instructional design methodologies
