Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support its Learning and Development department.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop structured learning experiences
- Update and create training materials using eLearning tools
- Assist with training delivery, including scheduling and facilitating sessions
- Manage user accounts and reporting in the Learning Management System
- Partner with HR to ensure compliance training requirements are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
- At least one year of related experience is preferred
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning authoring tools is preferred
- Experience in designing instructional content is preferred
