Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance New Associate Orientation and Onboarding processes
- Collaborate with L&OD team to develop learning and development programs for new associates
- Conduct needs assessments and create effective training content to address skill gaps
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate training and instructional design experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a virtual, global team environment
- Strong program management and organizational skills
- Applied knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
