A company is looking for a Leader Experience Leader to guide new and existing teammates in their career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ongoing training programs for teammates
- Implement training for new and current teammates on products, system changes, and business initiatives
- Partner with individuals to enhance their skills and ensure engagement in the learning process
Required Qualifications
- Must be on the Waymo Campaign in Detroit/Novi, MI
- Proficiency in PC applications, Gmail, Google Business applications, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of adult learning techniques and instructional design concepts
- At least 2+ years of training experience in a call center environment is preferred
