Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Management System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of the LMS, including content loading and user profile management
- Support data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT and vendors
- Coordinate calendaring, enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting, and communications for learning events
Required Qualifications:
- Basic LMS navigation and issue troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in customer service and experience with a support ticketing system
