Learning Management System Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Management System Specialist who will provide data compilation, analysis, and reporting for the LMS system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LMS databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and routine backups while performing system configurations and upgrades
• Compile, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from the LMS to generate statistical and performance reports
• Troubleshoot LMS and related software applications, coordinating with IT to resolve technical issues promptly

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of relevant experience
• Experience in compiling, validating, and analyzing data from Learning Management Systems
• Experience managing LMS databases and ensuring data integrity and security
• Ability to troubleshoot LMS and related software applications
• At least 24 semester hours in relevant coursework, including areas such as learning theory, instructional design, and educational evaluation
