Learning Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Systems Administrator II.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer all LMS platforms, including configuration and management of users, courses, and resources
• Deploy and manage new/updated products and maintain content files and materials
• Provide training, documentation, and Tier 3 support while improving user experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year as an LMS Administrator on LearnUpon or similar platform
• Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design / Adult Learning Technology
• Ability to work collaboratively across functional areas
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Self-directed and user-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement
