Lease Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant I - Lease.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lease management accounting functions in accordance with GAAP and ASC 842
• Maintain lease software and ensure accurate financial data submission during month-end processes
• Develop relationships with lease contacts to ensure data accuracy and compliance with lease guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance, or a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Business Management with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
