Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Process, record, and maintain departmental documents and files
  • Assist with onboarding and clerical activities related to facilities and security access
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D); Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in a large or mid-size company
  • Experience with common office equipment (printer, scanner, fax machine)
  • Prior work experience in an insurance environment preferred
