Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process, record, and maintain departmental documents and files
- Assist with onboarding and clerical activities related to facilities and security access
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D); Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in a large or mid-size company
- Experience with common office equipment (printer, scanner, fax machine)
- Prior work experience in an insurance environment preferred
