A company is looking for a Junior Legal Recruiter to help build and manage its legal talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate screenings for the legal community, including network interviews
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, focusing on legal operations talent
- Maintain and refresh legal talent lists to keep candidate pools current and engaged
Qualifications
- Interest and/or experience in the legal industry strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in legal recruiting, legal operations, or paralegal work preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with technology platforms
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Strong interest in leveraging technology for efficient processes
