Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Legal Recruiter to help build and manage its legal talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct candidate screenings for the legal community, including network interviews
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels, focusing on legal operations talent
  • Maintain and refresh legal talent lists to keep candidate pools current and engaged
Qualifications
  • Interest and/or experience in the legal industry strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in legal recruiting, legal operations, or paralegal work preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with technology platforms
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Strong interest in leveraging technology for efficient processes
