A company is looking for a License Compliance Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify areas for operational efficiency through data analysis and implement plans for improvement
- Maintain and update license compliance databases, ensuring data accuracy and establishing protocols
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and generate reports for leadership on compliance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or process improvement roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data manipulation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of force.com or salesforce.com, and proficiency in SQL or Power BI is a plus
