Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate (Case Management) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate member education and caregiver involvement in interventions
- Provide advocacy and support to members and their families, ensuring effective linkage to treatment resources
- Conduct condition-specific research and maintain clinical records while participating in clinical rounds and quality improvement programs
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; or Licensed Ph.D., or Registered Nurse with 2+ years in behavioral health
- Active, unrestricted license in the state of residence
- 2+ years of post-licensure experience in a mental health environment
- 1+ years of case management experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to work an 8-hour shift within business hours of 8am-8pm EST
