Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager for a Suicide Prevention Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Extenders to implement and enhance the suicide prevention program
• Develop and coordinate community resource guides and ensure comprehensive service plans for members
• Monitor team performance, conduct training, and ensure compliance with program goals and key performance indicators

Required Qualifications and Education

• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) is required
• Preferred licensure in a state where the program is active (WA, IN, NV, TX, TN, or LA)
• 3-5 years of experience managing a team and delivering program outcomes
• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management from an accredited university
• Experience in management and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
