Licensed Formulary Operations Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Formulary Operations Pharmacist to support clinical and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical operations responses for RFPs and RFIs
• Enhance formulary disruption processes and collaborate with analytics teams
• Analyze prescription claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree from an accredited institution
• Current, unrestricted registered pharmacist license(s)
• Minimum 2+ years of pharmacy experience in a health plan or PBM
• Understanding of formulary management and claims data analysis
• Experience working with large datasets
