Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of legal matters including contract review, financings, and regulatory research
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and assist in corporate transactions
• Conduct legal research on emerging laws and collaborate with business leaders to provide legal advice

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and currently licensed to practice in good standing in the U.S
• 2+ years of in-house or corporate law firm experience
• Team-oriented, high-energy, and proactive
• Genuine curiosity about core industries such as venture, national security, cyber, and healthcare
